Our rules

Welcome to x3Padel's rules! By participating in our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Participation

Eligibility: Players must be at least 18 years old and agree to the tournament rules and guidelines.
Team Composition: Each team must consist of two players. Both players must complete the registration form. Until you receive a confirmation from x3Padel, registration is not complete.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants:

More than 7 Days Before the Event: Full refund of the registration fee.
7 to 3 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
Less than 3 Days Before the Event: No refund.

Cancellation by Organizers: In the event that x3Padel needs to cancel the tournament, all participants will receive a full refund.

3. Conduct and Fair Play

Code of Conduct: All players are expected to behave in a sportsmanlike manner on and off the court. Any form of cheating, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Equipment and Attire

Rackets and Balls: Players must bring their own rackets. Tournament-approved balls will be provided.
Dress Code: Appropriate sportswear must be worn. Non-marking shoes are mandatory on the courts.

5. Health and Safety

Injuries: Any injuries must be reported to the tournament organizers immediately. Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety.

6. Photography and Media

Consent: By participating in the tournament, players consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes by x3Padel.
Social Media: Players are encouraged to share their experiences on social media and mention @x3padelnl.

7. Belongings

Personal Items: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. x3Padel and the venue are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Storage: Limited storage may be available at the venue, but it is recommended that players only bring essential items.

8. Miscellaneous

Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather, the tournament may be rescheduled or relocated. Participants will be informed at the earliest possible time.
